Facebook Nightmare

SMSimplifier has had a literal nightmare happen over the last 2 weeks. Somehow the account that is my profile (which manages all the accounts in my deck) was hacked and disabled. DISABLED. Which means that I cannot log into to edit, delete, post hour changes or specials, change cover photos, etc. etc. And I am the expert - I can handle this! Except that I cannot. There is no one inside of Facebook that answers a phone, answers email or is anything except automated responses to 'reporting' issues. There is no chat bot. Thank goodness I have figured out work arounds and knew what to do to 'fix' things as quickly as possible. If this had happened to a client, it would have been too difficult to tell them what to do, to fix it. Horrible things happen. Credit Cards get hacked.Accounts get hacked. You forget your password for your email or your social media account. If you have someone else managing the account, we can work together.
