Four Fun Races. Lots of silliness. All at night. This series is for the starter runner, the pure beginner and the marathon runner that needs to relax and let go for an evening. All races are run on Tuesday evenings, in July 2018. The last race is a memorial scholarship race for an icon in the local runner community: Mel Williams. The Mel Williams Memorial Scholarship Race raises money for college scholarship of local runners, each year.
Summer Series Race One is New Balance Predict Your Time 2 miler. Predict your time at registration, no watches, no clock. Closest to their predicted time wins a prize! (cost $10) on July 10, at 6:45 (Registration ends July 9, 2018 at 11:59pm
Summer Series Race Two is Hoka 1 mile Random Relay. Three person teams for the run and two-person teams for the walk. No need to worry about organizing a team, we will pick your new friends for you. (Cost $10) on July 17, at 6:45 (Registration ends July 16, 2018 at 11:59pm
Summer Series Race Three is the Saucony 5K Poker Run. Receive a card at registration and along the course. Best hands win. NO TRADING CARDS. Walkers start at 6:30 PM. (Cost $10) on July 24, at 6:45 (Registration ends July 23, 2018 at 11:59pm
Mel Williams Memorial Scholarship 5K Walk/ Run. Come out and support the Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund (Cost is $20.00 [$25.00 after July 17th]). Each purchase will provide 1 raffle ticket. If you PAY for registration (Golden Runners need to buy raffle tickets) before July 17th, you'll receive three additional raffle tickets!! NOTE: Golden Runners and Race Pass users may run for free (if you register before July 17th - after that the cost is $5).
