Go Angelo's - Newport News Icon!

Angelo's Steak and Pancake House is a local landmark because of the people. The story is a story about family and friends and keeping it about relationship - something a chain restaurant can never do. Angelo's has been serving up Greek-style spaghetti and yummy pancakes, for over thirty years.

In 1984, Angelo opened the location on J Clyde Morris Boulevard, with his brother Nick Theodor. In 2005, Costa, the son joined the family business, after graduating from George Mason University. You can find Costa on the grill, Tuesdays and you can find Angelo greeting guests, each and every weekend. Mama Nia is always working and always close. The family's story really start with Angelo moving to America, from Greece, in 1974 - and within 2 years opened his first restaurant with his family. Always an entrepreneur, Angelo never sacrificed family or relationships. He has passed that important value down to his son, the employees and is shows.

Angelo - and his son, Costa, always put their employees, the family, the staff and the customers -- first. They love serving. They love the #FamilyBusiness and Newport News loves them. If you are like me, you still want proof. Read great reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor and Facebook -- they tell the story like I couldn't possibly.

If you haven't tried their prime rib special or their pepperoni spaghetti - what are you waiting for?Angelo's Steak and Pancake House has a banquet facility for meetings, events and Christmas parties, that seats 120.
