With exceptional reviews - I mean great review after great review on Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Facebook, Capitol Pancake in Williamsburg really living up to it's trademark: "Local's best Kept Secret."
The Capitol, as most locals call it, serves breakfast from 6:30-2pm and lunch starting at about 11 - but they are always so accommodating - I have had home-cut french fries with my early-morning breakfast and ordered a hot dog for my little guy at 10am. They truly have the customer's needs in mind.
Entire reviews should (and are) written about the wait staff - they are amazing - they know everyone's name and always have hugs for the children. They have smiles for everyone. And the family? The family has become a family to this family. They feel like that to every local that wanders in and orders pancakes. The owner, his brother or his dad welcomes you - the son's baby photo is a permanent part of the kid's menu. #FamilyBusiness really means family to Dean and his brother Chris.
