The Presenter: The Instructor for the workshop will be Dick Smith, the Training Director and lead instructor for Computer Concepts in Williamsburg, Yorktown and Chesapeake. He is an experienced technician and a Windows and Apple software instructor who has presented classes for Newport News Shipbuilding, TNCC Adult Education, Norfolk Naval Base and The College of William & Mary.
