Over 90% of marketers say their social media efforts have generated more exposure for their businesses and with over 2 Billion active social media accounts (note: 47% of this figure is on Facebook) you can see the potential! • Use high-quality content, photos or videos (that might be shared) • Boost (pay money to get it in front of more people) an informative Facebook post - using a target audience. • Use hashtags on Twitter to increase the reach of a tweet.

2. Social Media Increases Traffic to your Brick and Morter Location

Over 81% of my small businesses find that increased traffic occurs within 90 days of a marketing campaign. This happens with as little as 6 hours per week invested in social media marketing. • Include your website URL as part of your "about us" on all your Social Networks. • Post your blog articles to your Social Networks with a link back to your Website. • Add social sharing icons to all blog posts.
