Looking for a Pediatric Dentist?

If you are looking for a new pediatric dentist, find the doctors and dental staff at Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry. Their practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. They understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the first time and they are sensitive to your needs. And it all starts with your child's first visit to the dentist.

During your first visit, Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your child's teeth and mouth. Then one of the doctors will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help create your child's own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have. At the second visit, after your child has had a positive experience and has met the staff and has visited the office, a hygienist will clean and polish his or her teeth, and inspect teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis. After that, expect semi-annual visits. The American Dental Association recommends a visit to your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy. Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile and the Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry is in the business of beautiful, healthy smiles!

Typical office visits last between 45 and 90 minutes and give yourself time to fill out forms and get your child time to adjust to our play area and new atmosphere. There are three offices to choose from on the Peninsula and one in Chesapeake:

In Williamsburg - 5388 Discovery Park Blvd, Suite 240 (757) 259-9703

In Newport News - 220 Nat Turner Blvd (757) 240-5711

In Hampton - 2113 Harford Rd (757) 838-0800

In Chesapeake - 237 Hanbury Road E, Suite 30 (757) 547-21234
