There are many annual rentals and the amount of spaces grow, each year, as friends tell friends how much fun it is to live on the Eastern Shore for the summer. Amenities include water and sewer hookups, cable TV, electricity, internet, seasonal pool, pet-friendly sites, and glorious sunsets!

The bar and grill has been feeding thirsty and hungry locals and visitors, alike, for many years. And once you have seen a sunset from the deck, visitors return again and again for the experience.
